Make paper partens and samples according to customer specification, Samples confirmed, Materials puchasement and testing, pre-production meeting.
The cutting department get the corrected partents from Technical department, then they cut the fabrics according to the production mission.
Before bulk production the workshop will make one bulk product with all corrected materials, and artworks to let workers know the production processes. By inspecting the first product, we can estimate the whole production quality, and can avoid some mistake in advance.
We have 200 sets of sewing machines for production, 80% of them are computerized sewing machines, and 90% workers are well trained with over 20 years` experience for raincoat production.
Some raincats need welded, so we use high-frequency machines to meet this requirement.we have 20 sets of high-frequency for5KW, 30 sets for 2KW, 5 sets for 15KW, we can meet different requirements for welding. Some raincoats need waterproof pockets with waterproof zippers, or they need stitching and high-frequency artworks, we can offer these artworks.
With our own designed width of tapes, advanced machines and professional artworks, our raincoats can easily meet over 10000mm water pressure requirement.
We have our QC to check every artwork in the production line and all inspections will be recorded for every day.Storage after inspecton.
